Automatic deletion
Each audit is stored for 90 days after the last saved result change, then automatically deleted with all items and evidence. The report displays its deletion date.
What extends retention
Saving a new result, rechecking an item, or changing an item’s status starts a fresh 90-day period. Opening the link, viewing the report, and exporting Markdown or JSON do not.
No manual deletion
You cannot delete an audit early through MCP or the site. The service has no accounts or audit list. If a link is lost it cannot be restored; the record still deletes automatically when its period ends.
